Holiday season is painting season.

I think I'll use the top design for my next business card. I've been out of cards for a month or so. The cross is going to Mike Adams at True Sight. He doesn't know it. I bought a painting from him a while back and just wanna send him something cool for being a cool guy.
I painted the skull and cross in Nashville, TN at my buddy Brandyn Feldman's machine shop, and the painting below was to paste onto a split piece of flash with Brandon Henderson for the show at Octane Gallery/Kustom Thrills.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Quick little hand-turkey painting I did after work, tonight! Tomorrow, time to chow down! And I'm very grateful for my career, family, friends, and all the things I've been blessed with that far exceed what any person needs to live off of!

Flash Show at Octane Gallery, Kustom Thrills Tattoo, Nashville, TN

Some photos from the show, and a good little family pic from afterwards! L-R: Jonny Lashley, Joe Lemire, Brandon Henderson, myself, and Adam Wakitsch. I'll upload some actual flash I did for the show in another day or so. Thought I had photos on my camera, but it was a great time and successful show! Thanks for having me and thanks to the others who participated and/or bought art!

KUSTOM THRILLS FLASH SHOW

I'm heading out to Nashville, Tennessee first thing in the morning. It's about a 5 hour drive, and I'm hoping to be there by noon. Kustom Thrills Tattoo in East Nashville is having a traditional flash art show tomorrow evening, and I'm taking about 10 sheets or so to show.
There are plenty of new sheets I haven't published, but as soon as I get back to Little Rock, I'll be sure to post, but for now, I don't want to spoil it!
See you guys tomorrow evening!

The Grouch!

Then, meet "The Grouch," a 1953 Chevy 3100. What can I say? I'm "going green!" Just got it drivable a few weeks ago, and I really enjoy bouncing down the road from my house to the shop every day in it! Moments like that really make you appreciate your job!

FINALLY!

I finally finished this sheet of flash! I have completed several pieces before finishing this one, just because I wasn't sure if I liked it when I started it, but I picked it up again a few days ago, knowing I should finish what I've started, and even though I don't post as much stuff as I probably ought to, I'm pretty excited about this flash. Enjoy! Don't steal! If you like an idea, draw your own! Thanks!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Punkin' I just finished, based on some Jensen flash! I think the other guys at the shop will put something on it, too!

Postcards.

I recently received a painted postcard from a local tattooer, and really dug the idea, so this week, I've been painting some as well, just to send out to a few tattooers I know. I'm sure there will be more to come. Then, the eagle is from an old Jerry line drawing that I modified some for a cover-up.

Well, heck.

I figure I should post a few new photos. I do plenty more than this between posts, but I'm not going to post a bunch of pictures of the "Google bird" or a whole song on somebody's ribs...or a dandelion exploding into bird silhouettes! haha

PLAYA!

You have the right to remain a playa! I'm down with some big booty gals! Already! haha
I've been waiting all week to get this thing out of my system...

Recent Tattoos

These are some recent tattoos I've done, just to get something up here. A few are cover-ups. All of these were fun tattoos! I look forward to doing more stuff like this.

Welcome!

I'm not for blogging, really, but I found that I could get more work onto Google searches, etc. if I have my name and a picture of a tattoo in the same blog. So far, Blogger isn't the most user-friendly, and I'm trying to find where I attach a photo to this...

Either way, hopefully, this will be a way to get my work out a little and to pick up criticism from better artists.
